I've really fallen behind with my photo uploading and updates these past few days but I'm going to try catch up today.

On Sunday was the engagement party. This was held at the beautiful looking Leela Palace or more specifically a night club contained within called the Athena. This was the first time we got to meet Tanveen but everything was so busy we didn't get much more than a quick "nice to meet you". Kam was looking pretty shellshocked thoughout.

Part way through the evening a dance off was announced - Kam's friends vs Tanveen's friends. We didn't know anything about this but we were summoned to the dance floor and preceeded to flail around like fools to Indian dance music. Then along came Tanveen's friends who had a whole dance routine worked out to a mix of music and ohmygod did we lose. I have video of their dancing if anyone is intereted.
